Cases distributive seriess PR-11 are intended for reception, distribution and protection of electric installations by voltage to 660 In an alternating current by frequency of 50 Hz in networks with deafly earthed neutral at overburdenings and short circuits, and also infrequent (no more than 6 at an o’clock) pluggings and cutoffs of electric circuits and start-up of asynchronous motors.

Dimensions of cases are resulted in table 1.7.
Operating conditions (in accordance with GOST 15150-69): a height above sea level to 2000 m; a circumambient not explosion-hazard, not containing a current-carrying dust, aggressive gases and vapours in the concentrations blasting metal and isolation; an ambient temperature working value at maintenance from-5 °С to +40 °С; relative humidity of ambient air no more than 98 % at temperature 25> °С.
Safety requirements match GOST 12.2.007.0-75, GOST 22789-94, GOST 12.1.004-85 and to demands “PUE”, “Rules of technical maintenance of electrical installations of a user”, maintained Ministries for the Power Generating Industry of Ukraine. Demands of fire safety match GOST 12.1.004-85
The construction
Cases are completed with modular automatic cutouts F&G or other firms at will of the customer.
Feeder cutouts can be fixed in any combination on releaser rated current, thus the total load of cutouts should not exceed a nominal operating current of the case.
Cases are completed with the introduction cutout (type LCB of manufacture of firm F&G, three-phase on KGB rated current to 630) or cramps on feeding into.
All cutouts are fixed with electromagnetic maximum and current thermal releases.
On request of the customer cases can be fabricated with incomplete quantity of feeder cutouts, but with full bus arrangement.
The case consists from without frame constructions, closes a door hung on loops. The door latches the clasp. In a case shell the cradle of the chassis with a set of automatic cutouts is fixed. On the chassis cradle there is a neutral bus with cramps for joining of zero cable cores of suitable and departing lines. The insulated neutral can additional be fixed. The distribution of electricity is made by means of copper bus arrangement. Current carrying parts and wiring in the case closes the metal frame supported to the case by means of 4 cramps.
At the five-wire circuit design in the chassis two buss RE and N are fixed.
Running introduction and feeder automatons was possibly only at an open door of the case.
On an inside of a door of the case the one-linear circuit diagramme is pasted.
The case construction provides input and output of feeding and departing lines both from above, and from below.
For the voltage supervision on feeding into was possibly manufacturing of cases with the voltage metre. At the order it is necessary to point: an indication range finite value, frequency of a current, a way of plugging.
Additional, at will of the customer there is a possibility of in-house heating of the case, and also possibility of installation of the switch socket 220 In with the ground contact.
The case is delivered fully completed and ready for operation.
Setting-up of cases of hinged modification is carried out by means of the land ties strengthened through pinholes in the backboard of a shell.

Order formulation
The marking-off of cases at their order should match to symbol structure. Should be stipulated:
- Rated current and voltage of the case;
- Current sort;
- Quantity and rated currents of cutouts;
- For cases with the introduction cutout – its rated voltage and a current;
- Quantity and meaning of set points of the module of protective cutoff (if in the order it is not stipulated – That the case is delivered without it);
- Quantity and a setting point oil sealing gland feedings into (if in the order it is not stipulated the case. It is delivered without them);
